Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, 7:30 to 9 a.m.
Starts June 3
-- Ends Sept. 30

The 7:30 to 9 a.m. group will consist of 24 players on courts 2 to 7.
Players will be assigned a starting time and court which reflects the player's ability, using a competitive format.

Responsibilities and Benefits of Program Membership:

  • Pre-arranged court time guaranteed.

  • Players are responsible for providing a substitute in the event of an absence (a substitute list will be provided). Non-member substitutes may only be used once per month, unless permitted by the staff.

  • A fee of $8 will be levied for non-member substitutes and should be paid in the pro shop before court entry.)

  • New balls will be provided every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday for players on each court.

  • There will be a fee charged for scheduling and balls.

Men’s morning program, rules and regulations

1. Program starts June 3 and ends Sept. 27. Players starting time and court assignments will be made according to the player’s ability level that is committed for that session.
2. There will be a monthly fee.
3. Players will complete a sign-up form each month and confirm their availability the week before. A master list of players and their committed dates will be compiled from this list to make daily court assignments.
4. Players not wishing to participate in the program on a regular basis can summit their names for a sub list.
5. All 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. courts not assigned on a particular day will be given out by a lottery system, with men receiving preference in the drawing. Lottery sign-up sheets will be available in the pro shop. Players must make and check all lottery requests. Pro shop staff is not responsible for lottery sign-up requests.
6. The pro shop will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for finding a substitute. Court assignments will be made the day before the scheduled session.
7. A player is responsible to find his own substitute after he commits for the week. When obtaining a substitute, the sub should be of the same ability level. A sub can only earn one point for his replacement.
8. A member may bring a guest to a session if arrangements are made in advance. A guest fee of $8 plus $1 for the balls will be charged to the member if the guest does not pay the fee.
9. Pro shop personnel will not be available as substitutes. The pro shop needs to be manned at all times for the convenience of our members and for security purposes.
10. Guest fees are in effect from the opening to the closing of the courts. Members are responsible for all their guest fees.
11. The sign-up form may be downloaded at the bottom of this page or can be picked up in the pro shop by May 1.
12. Scores will be kept from each individual session in order to determine the court assignments. There will not be a season-long composite of scores.
